The goal of WellnessIMPACT! is to help employees understand, plan for, and make informed decisions about the impact of rising healthcare expenses by:

	Providing employees with plan-specific financial information so they can accurately forecast a family's estimated, annual out-of-pocket costs and compare plans. Raising employees' awareness of existing programs and additional company benefits targeted at helping families to meet and manage the rising out-of-pocket costs (FSA, etc.). Creating an awareness of prevention through the correlation of wellness and diet, health risk appraisals, and health history so that employees can learn and make the necessary lifestyle changes. Helping employees identify specific ways to reduce their risks of becoming ill as a means of reducing out-of-pocket healthcare costs. Directing employees to existing resources (as well as other resources, as appropriate) to assist them in setting and achieving wellness goals.
