The offerings in O/E’s course catalog target essential skills for developing talent and improving business performance. The course content and creative learning exercises represent best practice knowledge and expertise in each topic area. Taking full advantage of the classroom setting, O/E’s courses include individual and group activities to engage participants in an active learning process.

 

Our offerings are fully developed and ready to go, enabling us to provide just-in-time, just-right learning opportunities when you need them. We can also work with you to customize course materials so that they meet the needs of your company.

According to a recent training magazine industry report, instructor-led classroom training accounts for 62 percent of all formal training. Face-to-face, instructor-led training is dominant in soft skill training areas, such as interpersonal communication, manager/supervisor development, customer service, and sales.

O/E’s instructor-led training classes are held at a facility, date, and time of your choosing. O/E accommodates multiple shifts or non-regular work hours; for some courses, O/E breaks a course out into shorter sessions that run over several days or weeks. We would be happy to work with you to determine which option is best for your organization, and can structure the classes to meet your needs.

O/E will work with you to customize the course materials so that they meet the needs of your organization. Customization could include optional formats to shorten or lengthen certain classes, branding the materials for your organization, or adding organization-specific content. Customization and material adjustments are scoped out and quoted for your specific needs.
