Custom Training Design & Production Services O/E specializes in designing, developing, and producing content that is specific to your organization. Throughout the design and development of your custom training program, O/E applies proven Adult Learning Principles to create engaging and interactive programs that bring your content to life. Design The results of an analysis drive the design and end in a blueprint for the development of the training program. The blueprint contains five key outputs:
O/E’s instructional designers elaborate and build on the learning objectives shown in the design by researching the content, gathering all resources, and working with your subject matter experts to develop the custom materials. O/E will create the learning content, activities, visual aids, scripts, storyboards, and/or job aids. We practice a collaborative development process in which the subject matter experts participate in the review and approval of the draft and final materials. The instructional design and programming staff work together to produce any technology-based learning solutions. In fact, some of our clients provide us with their design and our programming staff produces the program for them. As a final development step, O/E will pilot or test the final materials to validate course content. Working Together
